The view from my oceanfront room was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful with local attractions. The only downside was limited comfortable seating options by the pool. Enjoyed the live music performances during happy hour!

The staff here truly made a difference-Amy at the front desk went above and beyond, even making sure we had breakfast early. The breathtaking ocean view from our room was a highlight, and Shelly at the tiki bar was a delightful surprise. the North Annex tower is in dire need of an update; I found torn sheets and an awkward faucet setup. Breakfast had limited options, and while everything was clean, the a/c struggled to keep cool. A sudden water shut-off was an inconvenience, but ultimately, the warm service helped offset the bumps along the way.

I had a blast enjoying the ocean view from my spacious 7th-floor balcony! Breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. The little Tiki Bar by the pool served up the best rum bucket-yum! 🍹

The bed in room 817 was incredibly comfortable; we spent hours just relaxing in it. The oceanfront view from our balcony was a delightful bonus. the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and we had to request a box fan. The carpet felt old and and somewhat unclean, with areas needing attention. Maintenance responded quickly, but the mold on the curtains was concerning. The lazy river was underwhelming-just an oval shape with limited floats. We appreciated the exceptional staff, especially Amy, who made our early arrival pleasant with breakfast and good service.

Staying here was fantastic because it's just a few steps from beautiful Crescent Beach and surrounded by fun activities like Lost Treasure Golf which is less than a kilometer away and a variety of tasty dining options like Mr G's Ice Cream just 500 meters away; the hotel itself offered a clean and spacious room with a lovely private balcony that faced the ocean perfect for soaking in the views, while the tiki bar and pool area were wonderfully kept, but a little updating would certainly enhance the experience.

The beds were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. there were a few drawbacks. Our room on the 2nd floor was noisy at times with strange beeping and banging noises. It felt a bit outdated and could definitely benefit from some renovations, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning was a bit finicky, struggling to keep the room at a comfortable temperature despite being set to 66 degrees. The hotel staff, especially Tammy and Jamie, were exceptional in their customer service and really made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of options, although the breakfast setup was a bit inefficient and led to long lines. The water was unexpectedly shut off one day with no warning, which was a major inconvenience. Despite these issues, the highlight was the friendly and accommodating staff, along with the convenient location by the beach. The room had its quirks but we made the most of it thanks to the lovely ocean breeze.

Our room had water damage, a faulty bathroom door, and parking was a hassle. The promised heated pools were not actually heated, and we encountered maintenance issues with the pool area.

Our week-long stay at a beachfront hotel in North Myrtle Beach was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. As a disabled guest, I was impressed by the accessibility options provided, such as elevators and spacious rooms. The hotel amenities, including the Wi-Fi, poolside snack bar, and fitness center, were top-notch. The beach access was convenient and the sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun. it was a great experience for a family vacation.

The limited availability of the tiki bar, which wasn't open for most of our stay.

My husband and i stayed in the annex building for 5 nights. the location was perfect, right on the beach. we did have to walk over to the main building 3 buildings away to get breakfast but that wasn't an issue. we didn't use maid service at all the whole week but the room was nice and clean when we arrived. the bed was extremely comfortable! better than our bed at home! would stay here again.
